Welcome to Shibui & Daughters. Reminiscent of the past, our Mercantile carries a range of interesting items.

Shibui & Daughters' is pleased to feature Kolby J. Fehlberg-Burns' hand-crafted beaded jewelry. Each piece is created by the hand of the artist with the most careful attention to detail. We are constantly making new pieces. Please check back often to see our new creations. In the future, we hope to bring additional artists to The Mercantile that will offer the same quality with their own distinct design eye.

We also carry items that can be used as is, altered to make something else or things that just caught our eye. Most of these items will be on a limited basis and once they have been sold most likely they will not be back. They might be things to decorate your home, make into jewelry, add to an altered book ... the ideas are endless.

: Classes (2); Kolby J. Fehlberg-Burns is teaching classes at some Bay Area Bead Stores. Kolby likes to encourage each student to create their individual piece using the techniques that she teaches in class. These are not kit classes. Open to students 15 years and up.

: Vintage Buckles (6); Vintage and old buckles that can be used for any number of projects. Incorporate them into your beaded pieces or add a ribbon and tie around your neck for a vintage look.

: Handcrafted Jewelry (31); Shibui and Daughters is proud to carry a select group of jewelry artists. Each piece in their line is a one-of-a-kind, designed and created by the artist herself. The pieces carry the marks of the creator.

: The Project Tin and Accessories (2); Designed for the Beading Jewelry Artist who likes to have their work secure when not being worked on but readily available. The Tin allows the artist to work on one's lap, in the car, plane, or train.
